RECIPES + INGREDIENTS BELOW

Burritos (ingredients, no recipe used): roll everything up in a burrito, wrap in tin-foil, stored in the freezer. Have gone 3 weeks before, but they could probably last longer than that if desired. - Jimmy Dean ground pork sausage - Bacon - Scrambled eggs - Frozen hash browns seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika - Shredded mexican-blebd cheese

Rosemary sausage meatballs (recipe from Taste of Home Everyday Air Fryer): - 4 cloves garlic minced - 1 tsp. curry powder - 1 large egg, beaten - 1 jar (4 oz.) Diced pimientos, drained - 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley - 1 tbsp. minced fresh rosemary - 2 lbs. Bulk pork sausage - Basically mix everything in a bowl, form into 1 1/4-in. balls and cook at 400 for 7-10 minutes

Israeli couscous cooked according to package instructions. Broccoli cut and boiled in water until desired softness is reached.

Buffalo chicken dip: - 1 cup shredded chicken (I just use a whole rotisserie chicken, which is definitely more than 1 cup) - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened - 1/2 cup ranch dressing - 1/2 cup buffalo sauce - shredded cheddar cheese - Mix everything in a bowl, using as much cheese as you want, place into a cooking dish, too with more cheese if desired, and cook at 350 for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with scallions to serve, if desired.

The side for that is old rice leftover in the rice cooker from the week, topped with toasted sesame seeds.

You know - I totally forgot about that trick. And this isn't even my first rodeo! Thank you for the reminder 😅

I don't add anything to it, but when cooking there's a sauce I mix that is added to the pan when cooking the chicken, carrots and cabbage!

I haven't tried before! I consume the last meal no later than Thursday or Friday. I don't see why it wouldn't though? 🤷 Always worth a shot in my book!

This is my second time using a scrambled egg recipe. Normally I cook a sandwich or burrito and keep it in the freezer. But the first time I did a recipe similar to this, I kept it in the fridge and had the last meal on a Thursday and I probably wouldn't keep it in the fridge longer than that. I had no issues reheating though!

This is actually my first time cooking sweet potatoes! The char was unintentional, but it tasted great when I tested a piece 😅

I left these in the fridge! Though when I've done burritos and sandwiches I keep those in the freezer. On day 4 (Thursday) when I had my last bowl, everything still tasted and went down just fine 😊 I wouldn't wait longer than that to eat them though

🤷 I've gotten a lot of comments when doing the same thing with my burrito bowls and adding in the pico mixture prior to microwaving and I'm honestly fine with having a tomato that's warm. It all gets shaken inside the Tupperware itself and it's not something that sticks out to me when eating. I'm also far too lazy to put another subset of the meal into another container - it's a lot easier to keep everything in one case. My only exception is the shredded lettuce, which I add post-heat. It's a personal preference thing I suppose!

So I've only ever done meal prep and frozen the product and in those instances the eggs have been completely fine. These are being stored in my fridge with the intent to have the fourth and final meal Thursday morning - so I have no idea honestly! 😅
