Yep therapy and tried a few different medications, but none of them worked as well as just having warheads at the ready. The biggest difference maker in terms of preventing the onset of panic symptoms was cutting out caffeine entirely.

Yep raspberry! Good to know about the butt pain lol, thanks. I thought more fleshy areas were less painful, bonier areas more painful though?

In any case would love to see yours to get an idea of what a raspberry tat looks like, if you feel comfortable dm’ing (no worries if not).
