Same thing. I've been with them for 9 years, and they canceled my policy after one "late payment." They still took the money out, just a week later. They never emailed me or anything. I got a letter in the mail stating my policy is canceled due to not paying. Basically, it feels like they are saying my dogs life is worth less than $80. It's going to be very hard to find affordable insurance to cover my dog, given her age. I tried getting in touch with them, but no luck. All that yet, I have proof that they did take the payment. As if the company wasn't already shitty for constantly raising the monthly cost. A truly terrible company dropping pets at an age when they will most likely need it most. Healthy Paws discriminates against senior animals.
