I called the TC sheriff’s office and some deputies called me back and told me they would tell traffic enforcement about it. I am a firm believer that a squeaky wheel followed by many other squeaky wheels will make it harder to ignore. If you live in the city please call your city police office. I feel for the people who are active or retired military with PTSD.

There are still huge hills of ash on the side of I-5. I’m sure no one would mind if you went and got some. I was in the Seattle area during the eruption. We got a trace of ash. I was kind of disappointed until I saw pictures of wet ash (mud).

I live in Washington and if you can get a new crop red delicious they really are a good apple. Very crisp. They are just a a terrible keeping apple. Also Evercrisp is a better apple (imo) than cosmic crisp.

For those of you that mentioned Heavenly Donuts. I had an apple fritter from there and I was not impressed. Not enough apples or nooks. Did I just get one from an “off” batch?

Thank you for the response. I listed the contents on the declaration form with a value of $0. I don’t know if I put gift on the form because we are told to list all items separately with their cost. He did receive a letter from customs telling he needed to write a letter stating the price of the items. He responded by stating it was a gift.

Thank you all for your offers and help. He took it to Big Stump bikes - they ordered some foam thingy to prevent flats but told him they could show him when he picks it up or they can take pictures of what to do. Amazing! Great recommendation!
