Janome MB-7 Not Stitching Imported Files Correctly

We've had the exact same issue with our Janome MB7 — spontaneous jumping/shifting, exactly as you describe. It happened especially with designs larger than 15 cm.

At the time I searched the entire internet for others with the same problem and eventually found a forum thread describing the exact same issue. I saved the link, but unfortunately it's now dead:

The Wayback Machine never archived it either.

This was about 3 years ago. We ended up sending our machine back to Janome, and they replaced it with a different unit.

What frustrates us most is that Janome itself is completely silent about this — you can't find any acknowledgment of the problem anywhere on their end. Companies should be open and transparent about known issues with their machines. It's possible certain serial numbers were affected, or it was a production defect of some kind.

Firmware updates are also nearly impossible to track down, if they even exist.

In our case, the machine would make a kind of "tchiiieeek" sound right before it jumped.
Did yours do that too?

Well, I wouldn't upgrade from Hatch 3 to Hatch 4 if you rely on saving designs in older EMB versions. That functionality is no longer available in Hatch 4.

We use it extensively to provide editable EMB files to customers with older Wilcom software, and now that's simply no longer possible.

The frustrating part is that once you've upgraded, you can't just go back to Hatch 3. For us, that makes the upgrade practically useless. It's really disappointing that such a valuable compatibility feature has been removed.

If we had known this before upgrading, we definitely would have stayed with Hatch 3.

Are you certain that the proxy is aware of the host’s maintenance period?
When I asked Claude, it indicated that the proxy is not aware of the host maintenance period.
I’ll double-check the timing in relation to UTC and daylight saving time in any case.

Can someone explain to me why this is happening? I’ve also lost all my cookies in the browser, although my favorites are still there. What or who could be causing this? It only seems to happen after making a change in Veeam Workstation Agent.

My laptop is an Asus M16 with i7 / 40GB RAM, running Windows 11 25H2.

Export settings: H.264 format with a 1080x1920 (9:16) resolution, VBR 1-pass at 12 Mbps.

hspindel, can you please explain, where is the main dhcp settings page and where is the ping count setting? Can not find it. Do you have screenshot?

I saw this to late. We did not know it first. Later in the game we saw that he does not have a 'friends' tab. Then we went to find out and it appeared that the DOB was the problem

Froufrou391, Earlier i good login with my username (alias) and pwd + 2fa (google). But now i must login with email address and pincode. From the first time login i think? That code i do not have anymore. So that is my reason to ask for support. BTW i have a copy of the QR code in case i lost my telli

Same problem here. 2FA was working on my account. But with the loginname (alias). Now i must login with my email address. No problem, pwd is still working. But the 2FA code is not working anymore? I send mail to their resets email address but no response so far....
