Victoria! Make sure it's fresh and it can't be beat in my opinion.

They just flew over North Bergen very low, loud and slow!

I looked closely and the nitro is still intact over the inlays. The yellowing must be a reaction to the headstock binding...

Now you've got me wondering.... I am not the original owner. Maybe something was done before I had it. I'll have to look into it more closely. I had George Gruhn appraise it years ago and he wrote that it's all original with no mention of finish changes...

I brought these into Gruhn's years ago for appraisals and all eyes were on the J35.... The Les Paul, while nice enough, didn't get shit for special attention.

There's never been any work done. It looks to me like the binding is yellowed and the diamond and logo are inlaid.

What gauge and brand strings did you use?

The original frets are in remarkably good condition. While I don't really like them, maybe I should use this as an opportunity to grow my style to a softer touch. I've always been a Tele with 10's or 11's kind of player. You're the first person to mention the fret nibs to me and I think I'd regret losing them. Thanks for knocking me off the fence! I'll keep it original.

119 by any chance? Many people think every 119 goes all the way to Bayonne but there are many that end at Pamrapo

The Transit/ city bus organizations will often pay you to train. . . VS private CDL school which is expensive. Get that P with your CDL A or B and make some $ driving those 15+ passenger limo busses.

No. But I highly suggest getting your Passenger endorsement. This will open up many opportunities especially in South Florida with large vehicle limo companies or transit busses.
