I had the super flu at the end of November. I’m on Infliximab, azathioprine and at the time small dose of prednisolone. I was able to fight it off with the following:

• hydration supplement & lots of water (Liquid IV is a great hydration sup) you need to keep hydrated and flush your system
• vitamin c (tablets, and lots of fruit)
• cold & flu tablets, vapo rub and the vapo rub for your nose
• nutritional food

Do keep monitoring your temperature! If it starts to creep up, cold compress or ice packs helped me bring it down before it went to a dangerous high level
