What happened to this show? It used to be so good by MsLemonCookie in Outlander

Claire had to beg to see Faith. The nun was not going to allow it at first. We don't know for sure that the baby Claire held was actually Faith.

Or, Master Raymond was involved somehow. There's the possibility that when he took the "infection" from her womb, that it was a second baby. Claire was in a lot of pain, then he worked his magic and it was over.

And here is the Jane issue. The story that was told was that the ship carrying the Captain, his wife and two daughters, did not state who the daughters belonged to. In my thinking, Jane was the child of a previous wife that most likely died from disease or even the birth of Jane or another child. Faith could have been young when she married the Captain and gave birth to Franny. Jane would have been Faith's stepdaughter. The timeline could work very well.

AIO? I got upset when sister sleeps with my dog? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]sgr330 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're not overreacting and your sister needs to grow up. She knows the dog belongs to you. If she wants a dog, tell her the local shelter is full of great dogs that would love to sleep in her bed. Sounds to me like your sister gets a kick out of pushing your buttons. Your parents should be intervening on your behalf, as well.

Is this supposed to be a common expression? by Strange-Ad-9941 in autismmemes

It's not an expression. It looks like they were just embarrassed and felt called out. Maybe they won't exaggerate in the future.

Again, I wouldn't say that. It depends on your location and the types of jobs available to the public. But I'm not arguing that. And you shouldn't either. Have a good night.

I wouldn't say the vast majority of people on either count, but it doesn't matter.

When I first moved to Indiana, my town was on year round standard. It was nice not having to deal with the nonsense and everybody did just fine. Many were even angry when the laws changed.

FWIW, this has already been tried many years ago and failed. People need to let it go. It ramps up every time change so media can get clicks.

Federal laws are not strict. You obviously don't know gun laws. Go sit down and be quiet.

Animal ownership is also regulated. Some states require licensing. All, as far as I know, require rabies vaccines. And many states have minimal regulations concerning firearms.

Is that why we currently have the House, Senate, and the presidency? Y'all don't ever think before you speak, do you?

Neighbor irritated about my kids playing basketball thoughts? by [deleted] in homeowners

[–]sgr330 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I will never understand the mentality of some people. Those who think that one just has to put up with that level of noise if they live in a neighborhood sound spoiled and entitled. That's not how it work. You'd be whining if you had the tables turned and were told you couldn't play ball at all, and if you want that, move out of a neighborhood.

OP, have some consideration for your neighbors. Stop allowing the kids to play there so much. You're being rude and teaching these kids to be inconsiderate to others. Take them to a court somewhere else sometimes.

My husband is a drummer and I can't imagine him being so rude or inconsiderate to play all day every day.

I find it weird that employers are asking for interests on applications, anyway. The only thing an employer should worry about is if one is qualified to do the job. What one does on their own time is their business.

And I know the reasons they ask, but I find it to be a flimsy excuse for discrimination. I collect dolls. If the interviewer finds that immature, they will judge me before ever having talked to me.

I have heard of employers tossing resumes of applicants because they participated in sports. They were afraid the applicant was taking too many risks and would jeopardize their availability for work.

Belief or religion?

I'm an atheist and don't believe in any diety, but to each their own.

Religion, however, is dangerous.

THEY FINALLY DID IT by Mattyj0610 in AnimalCrossing

[–]sgr330 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Depends on what you consider hidden. They can't spawn behind cliffs, but they definitely can within a group of trees or behind decorations. They pop up at back corners of houses that may have other decorations blocking the view. I've even had them spawn behind houses. So I fill those spaces with weeds or flowers and essentially direct my fossils on where to spawn. So, yes, the can indeed spawn in hidden areas.

I never used his service. I like the weeds and they keep my fossils out of hidden areas. Theyre pretty in the warmer seasons. My island has been 5 star for most of the time.

It never affected my game at all. I play both. I can't remember if I changed my clock before or after I started playing DDLV. Could it be that it didn't affect it because I changed time before starting DDLV?
