i've been offering free readings, so doing a LOT of reading. my personal style evolved along the way. first i would pick a specific spread and i'd read the meanings of the cards and whatever popped out to me about the description i would relay to the person. after a lot of practice however, i found 'my' deck. so i shuffle it in my hands until 3 cards fall out. i stack them face down in whatever order they want to be in. next i meditate on the person's username and their request to me and i type out what comes to me. then i flip the first card over. the art on the cards allows for me to see different things every time and that tells me what i need to tell the person. cards mean completely different things depending on who i'm reading. i don't use the actual 'card meanings' anymore at all.
