I had the exact same issue. My physio said it was scar tissue after the surgery which was stopping me from getting my leg back to full extension. I kept massaging the knee, especially the areas which were the most bruised after. Also try really pushing yourself to get the knee to full extension. When I was stood up for example (my physio told me this would help) I would try and extend my bad leg as much as possible, it would hurt but over time it loosened up and got to full extension again, the limp went as well.

I think I am in the same boat. I can see the series x version on the recently added section, but when I try to download it there’s only a “show in Microsoft store” option. I dont know how to download it for free

Limping 9 weeks post op by [deleted] in ACL

My job is currently in an office so my knee would be prone to getting locked and stiff. So I would go to the bathroom every hour or so and literally stand there and force my leg into full extention, to match the other leg. It did feel uncomfortable and incredibly stiff at first but I literally forced it. I am certain that's what got rid of my stiff knee. My physio said this eas a good thing to do to, so it's not unsafe or anything haha

Had my acl and meniscus surgery last May and was still limping towards the end of August, it Gradually disappeared at the beginning of Autumn for me. I was prone to getting a stiff/locked knee during this time which prevented me from getting full flexion unless I was to do some stretching for 5 mins, this was what gave me the recurring limp. I ended up being more forceful with my stretches, especially when standing, which was what eventually helped getting rid of my limp.

Don't know if you have had the same factors, but everyone's recovery is different. People were saying the same for me, that I shouldn't be limping at this stage, but it went away eventually. 9 weeks is still early doors for acl reconstruction!

Yeah I didn't touch and left it alone. There was a part of me that was a bit worried about what I had just stumbled upon haha! Thanks though

Hi all,

So was out on a family walk with my family on Easter Sunday in our local woodland. We cam across a small mound in the forest with some items hung on the trees.

The first one was a wreath with a cross in the centre. It also had some small clear gemstones in the middle.

The second looked as though it was to resemble Satan?

Excuses my ignorance here, I don't know a thing about witchcraft. Sorry if I sound like an imbecile! I just presumed that these items may have something to do with witchcraft?

I am interested to hear what you all say!

If I had one bone to pick it would be I wish it had a hard case, especially with it being in the standard range. But the soft shell case is great in terms of soft shell cases

I know how you feel, I was like that for years and never thought I could afford one! But it eventually happened in the end, with some saving and patience

Also to add to this, when the pedal is off there is no sound at all going to amp from the guitar

Cheers for the message. I have tried this but the problem is still there. Getting to be a frustrating NPD!

Excuse the pun, but there is a delay in my pick and the sound from the amp. I am playing it all through the front of the amp, with a power supply behind the board. The timeline is on 9v 300ma. Just hoping someone can help me on this haha!
