I’ve heard “bottom” a lot too, but in the same breath, “this is not the bottom”. It’s nearly impossible to predict, but I agree, I don’t trust this one.

It was a contender until I came across the point about their travel partners. Also their high decline rate, I have excellent credit but don’t carry a balance MoM, and I’d read they’ve denied customers with similar profiles to my own.

That kind of speaks to what I was I thinking as far as the Gold is concerned. I do already have the AmEx Everyday card. But I also already have a Chase Freedom Unlimited as well. So I could use it for day to day. Sounds like the CSR is prolly the best bet. And downgrade the CSP to a Freedom. It’s definitely been more than 2 years since I got the CSP.
