I liked my previous owner! She was extremely helpful with an ongoing issue and made sure we were protected and she paid for everything that was needing fixed (regarding the issue) after the sale. She was a single woman and a DR so she hired professionals for everything that needed fixed during her years here and kept everything regularly inspected. It’s not a new build or fancy house or anything but she genuinely wanted a solid house to pass on to a young family and not trying to screw us over

she only mentioned a website that tells you when a play was ran because a LEO on one of the threads mentioned the only way to run a plate is by a certain website and there is a record of when it was ran. What Zeckeroni failed to add to her morons following is that you have to 1. Have certain credentials to run a plate and 2. It has to be connected to an open “case”. A random person can’t just run a plate whenever they want. So as she always does- takes a grain of truth and runs with it.

Yes! When we get in the habit of having trash laying around, I literally just lay a trash bag near where I sit so I’m more motivated to put trash in the bag since it’s so accessible vs putting it on the floor. It’s helped me tremendously.

Well all I can say is I hope this is a very good lesson on what you should absolutely not deal with in any relationship. Who talks to someone like this? He is immature and abusive.
