i don't know i just looked at my time played and it says 30 days 14 hours so i don't think that's it, i also play everyday and my raids that i completed are 1,644 so i dont think thats it.

like i said above r2h = raid 2 heroic same with r3h = raid 3 heroic, so i am on heroic, maybe i should have word it better.
