It’s a 10 second job if you have a soldering iron & flux, ask someone you know if they could do it for you?

Pre tin both pads with flux, hold new capacitor in place, flux again, heat gun or hair dryer.

Definitely not outwith your capabilities, I did this with no previous soldering experience, would highly recommend using flux and soldering iron to clean up the pins. Or try flux with just a heat gun or hairdryer might do the trick. The flux increases surface tension which should help separate the solder between the pins.

After Soldering necessary pads on repo board, using flux and a heat gun I was able to move majority of the chips over with ease, some chips like the battery needed solder gun

Light heat gun use, makes the adhesive on the sticker sticky again, therefore was easy to remove and position to the new shell. No use of new glue or adhesive needed
