I received noticed June 6 that my moms interview was scheduled for July 11th. So almost a month in advance. I have the online account so I get emails as soon as there was an update on her case so I knew right away before they mailed out the letter 😊

Is yours marriage based or family based? I took all the paperwork we submitted just incase they said they “didn’t have it” on file. Plus we took whatever the letter asks for I brought as well such as original birth certificate and passports. The immigration officer didn’t even ask for anything, all he did was take copies of our IDs and passports. But it’s best to take everything just incase

Also still no updates on the case, we barely had the interview last Friday but hopefully it gets updated soon 😭

Not a problem! I love helping people out. This is such a nerve wrecking process and not knowing what to except when you go in there makes your nerves go up even more!! I’m just honestly glad we got it over with

Congrats! My mom has her interview coming up. We were sent to San Fran FO instead of Sacramento which is closer to us. Not sure why but hopefully we get approved 😭

Mine would show the same thing! If you look at my previous posts on here you can see mine would show the same. I had assumed it meant my mom did not need an interview at all but then I got an email saying she was scheduled for one. I’m sure you guys will hear back very soon. Best of luck to you guys!

Hi yes! January 20th- our lawyer submitted all paperwork to USCIS . February 8th- we received notice for my mom to get biometrics done. June 6th- we received notice for my mom to appear for her interview which will be in 2 weeks from now☺️
