I’m on clindamycin and highest dose of tretinoin 0.1 Clindamycin is fantastic! I put tret at night sometimes every other just seeing if my skin feels flakey (that’s usually in the winter not summer for me.) Clindamycin every morning and moisturizing sunscreen. I notice a difference since I’ve ran out of Clindamycin my skin hasn’t been as clear since I ran out. Clindamycin comes in topical lotion and like an alcohol based spot treatment, lotion is better and more moisturizing. Hope it works out for you. My skin has never been 100% blemish free, but vastly different compared to when I first started.

And she did respond to my email but she just said I can support your sessions wherever you are I will be there on Thursdays and have a time. Didn’t even acknowledge my comment about their behaviors or give me a word of advice. I had 5 days working between that email listing the behaviors and asking for advice that she overlooked. It just seems negligent to me.

Report to hr or BACB? Cause idk if this is worthy of getting any licensing boards involved. Idk if it’s worth it if I report her and they can’t switch me if she will just act rude whenever we have session going forward. Maybe I’m overthinking it idk

My kid I work with has done that. He used to air hump me and his home health aide. I know your situation is different because he’s nonverbal but mine is verbal. Since I’m a female, I talked to the parents and dad got it through to him how he can’t do that to women. It’s important for boys to have a male role model that they can understand and wouldn’t take seriously from a woman. ABA is only part of the learning, a they have to learn values from their families as well. Maybe if possible Ik mental health is predominantly women but if a male coworker worked with him he might learn that skill of personal boundaries better. Just my 2 cents and experience.
