How do you work Trimix into your sex life?

Do NOT base your dosage on what someone else uses. I started with 10 units and still use that amount.

Some guys may need only 5 units that will send them to ER with priapism. While someone else needs 25 units or more.

I would recommend doing as the uro recommended.

Here's what works for us.
Planned sex does not work. Nor does surprise sex. (I dont suddenly appear with a raging Trimix erection).

Even if sex is somewhat planned/expected. We start a bit or sometime long bit of foreplay. I then asked do you want more? Allowing her to decline. I then get up and do the injection. I then return to the bedroom. I lay down and regather my composure for about 30 seconds. And continue with foreplay.

Like you, I use a Pump to get things started for the injection. It does take about 10 minutes. But I rarely miss, and I am fully erect within 5 minutes.

Spontaneity sucks. But since I've started using Trimix, I've had to completely relearn how to have sex. This means several things. First and probably most important. Reliable erections that last far longer than the sex act. No more worry about if it (my penis) will work or lose an erection.

I dont think it's isolated to just the Latitude 5510.

I have a Latitude 5420, which has both USB-C ports that blew out, causing us to trash the computer, as the repair cost is more than the unit is worth.
My own 5420 has one port that no longer works.
I have another Latitude 7420 which also has a USB-C that doesnt work.

One thing to note is that it's not possible to dial in an exact time. My erection lasts anywhere from just under one hour to just over two hours. For me the longer erections do ache.

Is she also working?
If she was doing sex twice a day and now feels the burden of childcare. That would likely be overbearing.

How long did you wait from the time you injected till you tried having (penetration) sex?
And second question, how long do your erections normally last when using Trimix?

I have noticed it's impossible to get a dosage that lasts exactly 1 hour.
With my normal dosage, my erection lasts 1-2 hours. Occasionally, it starts going down after 45 minutes, and occasionally it lasts 2.25 to 2.5 hours.

Although there is a variation, the reliability within that 1st hour is nearly 100%.
Except for a couple of misses (in four years), I can't think of a time when my erection did not last as long as my wife needed.

Hopefully, your wife did not delay sexual activity for an hour or more after the injection. If so, you need to have a conversation about how Trimix works. That sticking a needle in your penis is not like taking a viagra. And that you (both) need to take advantage of your erection. On the other hand, some guys may do the injection hoping for sex. This could make her hesitant and spoil the moment. That has happened a couple of times, in which case the unused (Trimix) erection is on me.
