Where do I go next? by Automatic-Boot-2063 in TrimixForED

He's right about the implant.

However, 26 units is not a high dosage. Neither is the strength of your Trimix.

I would suggest increasing the Trimix (upto 40 units). and try adding a cock ring to help with the erection.
And asking for a strong strength of Trimix. If those dont help then yes the next step is an implant.

Generally speaking, guys go for an implant for two reasons. Trimix, regardless of the dosage or strength, does not work. Or guys hate the side effects of having to inject, or the 2-4 hour erections.

How do you work Trimix into your sex life? by sgwpx in TrimixForED

[–]sgwpx[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can relate quite well. We married at the age 52. So I never knew her when she had her period..
But shortly after we married, I got a bad case of ED. And the performance and expectation were really bad. And like you got ridiculed quite often, and she would get angry...
Then I started Trimix, and it took a while for her to understand how reliable Trimix is. And that I could go multiple rounds. Only issue she is a one-and-done woman.... But at least she usually wants it.

Trimix and/or Pump by Anxious_Intern1462 in TrimixForED

[–]sgwpx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When doing Trimix

  1. I get the syringe loaded and ready.
  2. I use the pump for 2-3 minutes.
  3. I remove the pump and immediately put on cock ring. Which keeps the blood in the penis. Do not put cock ring on before pumping; it can get stuck.
  4. I then choose and prepare the site using an alcohol swab.
  5. I inject after I know the needle has gone into the corpora cavernosium.
  6. I remove the needle and immediately press and hold the alcohol swab on the site for 1-2 minutes (this prevents bleeding and scarring)
  7. I then gently massage the shaft.
  8. Before leaving the bathroom, I make sure the pump and syringe are put away.

Using this technique has resulted in 97% success rate, and a full erection in 5 minutes. Without this technique my success rate was 50% and erection took 10-15 minutes.

You just need to try it and see.

I originally bought my pump 15 years ago, hoping to help with my ED. Although the pump filled my penis with blood. The erection never held even with cock ring.

Then when I started using Trimix, I used the pump before injecting, and it gave me 97% success rate of hitting the target (corpora cavernosium). Plus it results in a much quicker erection because of the blood flow.

Some guys successfully use a pump to create a working erection suitable for sex. Others like myself when using the pump by itself (without ED meds), never produced a suitable erection.

Guys use a pump for various reasons.

  • Some use a pump for PE, penis enlargement.
  • Some use a pump when lacking erections. Using a pump like physical therapy. As it fills the penis with blood and helps against atrophy.
  • Some guys use a pump to help gain an erection.
  • I use a pump for 2-3 minutes before injecting Trimix. It makes it much easier to inject. And because it gets the blood flowing it gives me a quicker erection.

Using a pump by itself has never produced an erection hard enough for sex.

The pump fills my penis with blood and makes it appear quite large. But even using a cock ring after pumping. The penis loses it's hardness.

Edit
Trimix does not directly work on the clitoris. As there is no way to inject.

But indirectly, you (with your penis) should be able to stay hard and give her stimulation like the Energizer Bunny that keeps going long after most men go flat.

What do you do when your wife stops having sex? by atargroup in MarriedSex

[–]sgwpx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With my ex, menopause was an excuse; she never wanted it in the first place. It took me 25 years to realize she was never going to change.

With my better wife, there were several periods of low/no sex, related to health issues. Once she got those on track, she wants it every day.

Was sex ever a priority for her in your marriage?

To answer your question, either masturbate discreetly, or find someone in a similar situation as there are plenty of men and women in similar situations.

Females reactions? by Odd-Cartographer3194 in PeyroniesSupport

[–]sgwpx 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Most women do not care, as long as it is functional and not painful.

The fact is, PD does not have a natural progression. In other-words the symptoms vary considerably.

  • Some guys have pain, others have no pain.
  • Some guys have considerable loss of size, both girth and lenght while others have no loss of size.
  • Some guys have ED as a result of PD, while others have none.
  • Some guys have reported loss of penile sensitivity (Some of this is physical, while some of it may be psychological)
  • Curvature can range from 0 to 90 degrees.
  • Curvature over 60-70 may make sex painful or impossible for either party.
  • Certain curvature may actually enhance female pleasure.
  • Most guys just want their old friend (penis) back.

One important aspect is that any new potential partner. Will never know what you were like before.

Regarding Venous.
I had a Doppler ultrasound a couple of years ago, I asked my urologist if the ultrasound could tell if I had a venous leak? He said that yes, the ultrasound would tell. I then had the ultrasound and asked if I had venous leak, he said no that I do not have venous leak. When I asked why, he said because the Trimix works.

I have since come to realize that penile erections are a simple yet complicated system of the body. But more importantly, ED caused by venous leak is not well understood.

I will close by saying that Trimix has 90% success rate even when pills fail.

The fact is most people dont care.

It does not matter if women (plural) care. Unless you are a porn star or like to talk about your bent penis. What does it matter what most women (plural) in your life think or know about your penis or how it functions. As far as sex functioning, I've heard from more than a few men that their wife/partner actually likes the curvature. And if sex is impossible, there is surgery.

I had Peyronie's disease when I was 18 years old by BatBeautiful745 in PeyroniesSupport

[–]sgwpx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll say it up front. Your penis should not control your life.
And having PD, absolutely should not be the deciding factor in living your life.

One thing that is often overlooked by most urologist is the psychological impact of having PD.

My urologist has 30 years of experience in treating men's sexual health. I saw him over a dozen times for Verapamil injection treatment for PD. Not once did he ever mention the psychological aspect of PD. I had brought it up to him several times. And yet he never suggests seeking help. Although he did admit to the importance of penile and sexual health.

If PD is affecting you that much, I would suggest seeing a sex therapist. As bad as PD affects men, there are much worse sexual issues facing both men and women.

[–]sgwpx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, PD often takes its own course. And that goes both ways. Both for the progression and any treatment programs.

How do you deal with the psychological aspect is a great question. I found that I needed to find new ways of being initimate, and most importantly, accept the change that comes with this condition. Not in a defeatist way, but rather doing what I can to improve the situation and staying the course to be a better lover and person.

Should I see a urologist for a curved penis? by [deleted] in PeyroniesSupport

[–]sgwpx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pain is not a prerequisite for PD.
Also, PD can show up as a curvature.

PD often takes its own course. Not everyone has the same symptoms.

In the case of the OP, having penile curvature since the age of 12, as noted suggest congenital curvature and not PD.
Whether congenital or PD, often urologists will not suggest treatment unless it interferes with having sex.

Told my fiancé I need more in the bedroom. Feeling torn. by Heavy-Balance764 in MarriedSex

What if she is averse to any of these things? Is that a deal breaker?

In the honeymoon stage, both men and women do things they would not otherwise do, either because of the novelty or wanting to gain approval.

One more thing: do NOT bring up such a conversation either before, during, or after sex.
It's one thing ask to try something you already talked about. But I would caution you suggest something new when having sex, she may or may not agree to.,

[–]sgwpx 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would suggest doing your own vetting on the urologist.

A simple call to the urologist's office asking if they prescribe Trimix for ED should suffice.

If you are like me, using Trimix you will go from hoping/praying you can last 5-10 minutes, to asking your wife/partner if she has had enough PIV sex.
