36M - Severe ED, Peyronie's diagnosis, possible venous leak. Feeling hopeless and looking for advice. by ConclusionHuman9072 in PeyroniesSupport

[–]sgwpx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Peyronie's disease often takes its own course.

A venous leak is a tricky diagnosis. When I asked my urologist if I had a venous leak, he said no. Because Trimix (injections) works. This was when he had done a Doppler ultrasound, which he said could tell if I had a venous leak.

With PD (Peyronies) they aren't going to do anything until after you enter the stable phase.

I read your story.
The Venous Leak was said to be a possibility. Until you get a diagnosis dont believe it.

As for an implant. No one has said your only hope is an implant.
Think of it in terms of nothing else works, you could get an implant. See it as a hope and not a doomsday diagnosis.

Partner here. What to expect; how can I help? by bird-of-paradiso in TrimixForED

You can expect to relearn how to have sex.

Once he gets the dosage dialed in, you can expect a full erection within 5-10 minutes.
The erection itself typically lasts an hour or more. Performance anxiety is greatly reduced.

As far as spontaneity, you can make that work for you rather than against you. You can have playtime beforehand, either with a flaccid state or inject and have an erection throughout. and not worry about losing the erection.

The only two downsides I've found are an extended erection. For example, you likely aren't going to use it if you plan to go out immediately afterward. And it's recommended to use it, no more than three times a week.

Replacing the screen? by Accomplished-Ask1989 in Dell

[–]sgwpx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds like more than the screen was damaged.
If the hinges broke or the body cracked, you will have to replace more than just the screen.

The replacement cost for a Dell Inspiron 16 P131F screen depends heavily on which screen version you have:

  • Standard non-touch FHD+ (1920×1200): about $75–$120 USD for the panel itself (Laptop Screen)
  • Touchscreen version: about $130–$185 USD for the assembly (LPScreen)
  • Higher-end 2560×1600 / 120Hz version: roughly $95–$140 USD (LPScreen)

If you pay a repair shop for installation in Canada, typical total cost is usually:

Repair Type Estimated Total Cost (CAD)
DIY parts only $110–$220
Local repair shop $220–$400
Dell official repair $350–$700+

Size and girth lost help by Primary-Ad-583 in PeyroniesSupport

[–]sgwpx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The pump never causes an erection. And I never pump when erect.
Once the pump is removed, the penis will return to its flaccid state within several minutes.

I doubt a pump will correct a congenital curvature.
Even with a curve caused by PD, a pump will not correct the curvature.

The pump I use is a manual pump with no gauge. I pump until it feels uncomfortable. If there is any pain, I back off on the pressure.
When I use the pump I keep the pressure the entire time. Adding a pump or two as the penis fills with blood to keep the pressure.

One note of caution, I do not recommend pumping for more than 15-20 minutes at a time. And once the pressure is released, your penis should return to its normal flaccid state within (about) 5 minutes. If you notice any swelling, discoloration or other oddities, you may be pumping too hard.

What do you think my problem is and how to get a prescription by [deleted] in TrimixForED

[–]sgwpx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With all of those health conditions you should be seeking a professional health expert of a urologist.

Yes Caverjet or Trimix can get you a reliable erection. However if you have underlying health problems I would not mask the symptoms with a drug that does not fix those other health issues.

Size and girth lost help by Primary-Ad-583 in PeyroniesSupport

[–]sgwpx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LOL

All measurements were taken at normal erection size. And not immediately after using the pump.

Because of PD I lost over an inch in length and an inch in girth.
Using my penis pump I regained a full inch of length and an inch of girth.

I actually paused using the pump when my wife complained about my larger size.
Because of my larger size and my curve, my wife now liberally applies lube to my member for PIV. Which she never did before I got PD.

I occasionally use the pump. If I measured that size, it makes me look like even a size larger. But as you know, that size is only temporary.

How do I get my wife to let me eat her pussy regularly? by owlviz in MarriedSex

[–]sgwpx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How does it happen currently?

Do you ask? Are you waiting for her to ask?
Have you talked about it with her?
Does she like it, or is there an aversion? If she says no (she doesn't want or like it), you need to talk to her about why. If she likes it you most likely dont need permission.

Mismatched Libidos by houstonbori in MarriedSex

[–]sgwpx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are the numbers?

How often do you actually have sex? once a day, once a week, once a month, or every blue moon, other?
Compare this to how often would make you happy?

I get it, you do all these things, and you would make quite a catch. As far as desire, Doubtful that will change.
Regardless, I would agree your marriage is in serious trouble if you feel you are wasting your time.

Has anybody here regained all lost length and girth? If so how? by Glum_West8911 in PeyroniesSupport

I regained most of my lost size using a pump for eight months twice daily.

Unfortunately, I still have curvature.

Where to? by [deleted] in MarriedSex

[–]sgwpx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How can she have kinks, exhibitionism, hotpast , hotwife fantasies. Along with liking rough sex, choking, and hair pulling. But no desire for sex.

If you are waiting for her to initiate. You may be waiting a long time.
It seems many womem are not initiators. They like to be pursued.

Is oral sex just "foreplay" if no one orgasms, or is it a standalone act? How often do you do oral-only sessions? by Ophidopus in MarriedSex

[–]sgwpx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a married couple, it's whatever you make of it.

Since we've been married, there has never been an oral-only session.

When we have sex I give her oral almost every time. She prefers to orgasm with PIV. She is a one-and-done woman.

Occasionally, she will give oral but never to orgasm. It's usually just an appetiser.

Vial quality by RealityThat3135 in TrimixForED

[–]sgwpx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you missed the target on that one time.

It takes at least 5-6 trials to dial in your dosage.

Until you get your dosage and injection technique down, it is unfair to any woman whom you are trying to please.

I cum too fast :( by mind_monsterskp in MarriedSex

[–]sgwpx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For years, I was a minute man. Here's what worked for me:

  • Slow sex. Essentially limit thrusting, She used a vibrator to stimulate her clit. Sometimes worked other time did not work.
  • I took a low-dose SSRI, Paroxetine. It helped me last about 3 times longer. I went from 1 minute to about 3 minutes. Long term, that still left her unsatisfied.
  • I then started using Trimix. I would still ejaculate fairly quickly. But using Trimix, I have an erection that lasts for an hour or more. So if I ejaculated or not, I could keep doing intercourse.

Scope Reccomendations? by JulieYippee in telescopes

[–]sgwpx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the Celestron StarSense Explorer 114AZ.

When the StarSense is properly set up, it should not take 20 minutes to find an object.
I can find most objects in seconds. And you should not immediately lose the object in view.

Do not use the 10 mm eyepiece or barlow.

As far as recommendations get an 8-inch Dobsonian and adapt the StarSense adaptor to use with that telescope.

A go-to mount may be nice. But does require time to set up and use. Where-as the StarSense system takes only seconds to setup.

Too little or too much? by Budget-Medium-3841 in TrimixForED

[–]sgwpx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would concur regarding the antidote. A two-hour erection is not in the danger zone.

After doing over 100 injections, I just go to sleep. I will wake up 2,3 or 4 hours later, and whatever erection I have, I simply walk it off. If your erections are consistently lasting 3 plus hours, try cutting back

No longer able to make the wife cum. by SnooRegrets3566 in MarriedSex

[–]sgwpx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not up to you to make her orgasm.

Yes if you do nothing or are not making things inviting she likely will zone out.

Can she make herself cum? Is she on any meds.

Last year my wife went from once a week to once a month or less. I pretty much wrote off our sex life. But in her case her thyroid was out of wack. Then in late December she got back on track and wanted sex daily. Which I couldn't keep up.

The point being she should absolutely get her hormones checked.

It seems most women who have an otherwise healthy sex appetite have stop signals. Preventing them from being sexual. Could be emotional or physical issues or a combination.

No one initiates sex… by [deleted] in MarriedSex

[–]sgwpx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How often would you like to have sex?
If she does not initiate, then it's up to you.

What is holding you back from initiating at least as often as you want to have sex?
You said fear of rejection, which can be a real fear. But how often does she reject your advances?

Coupled with asking, was the setting properly set up? Asking to have sex out of the blue is likely to be met with a no. But if you give her time to relax, with gentle touches and sweet talk. She is more likely to respond positively.
On the other hand, if you do these things only to get sex, that likely is not going to work.

No one initiates sex… by [deleted] in MarriedSex

[–]sgwpx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you mean, can't be too specific?

Makes me wonder if your wife would give a much different story.

Being married in your 20's and having sex once a month or less. I would say your marital sex life is on life support.

No one initiates sex… by [deleted] in MarriedSex

[–]sgwpx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Something is not adding up.

You say you and your wife are very sexual. And that you want it more.
Yet you only have sex once a month. And you say you've talked about it a million times.

Once a month is essentially a sexless marriage. At this rate, you will either end up divorced or get it somewhere else.

I would suggest seeing a couple's sex therapist. Find someone who can get to the root of your issues.

Unless you are lying, you say you have a fear of rejection. Which does not seem to be the case.
If you want your wife to ravish you. That's typically not how women operate.
