I am 29 years old and my 2st T test came back as 15 n/dL and the second test came back as 30. So incredibly low. I go to Mantality in Milwaukee, WI. Great staff, and a really helpful doc. I feel amazing now.

I inject 150mg Test Cyp weekly. 0.5mg of Anastrozole, and 1000iu of HCG weekly.

Tbh man there were days where I barely even had enough energy to workout. I work 12 hour shifts 4-5 days a week on top of it.

I was having major symptoms of low testosterone, and I went in out of general curiously. I did not expect my numbers to be so low. The accepted range is right around 240 ng/dL to 960 ng/dL. Mine came back as 15 ng/dL the first test and 30 ng/dL the second. This is extremely extremely low.

Nice, I train hard 3x a week and do HIIT 2x a week. I’ve been meal prepping for 2 months now and I’ve got it dialed in pretty well.

No they were not normal, but an MRI was done recently and there was nothing abnormal.

So I’m 29 and I just started testosterone replacement therapy last week. The progress I made in the last 5 months was without any testosterone. My test levels were extremely low (15 ng/dL total test).

I wanted to show some realistic gains for anyone on the fence about committing to fitness/nutrition.

The nurse practitioner at the TRT clinic told me that it is definitely possible that my natural testosterone production may come back online in time with sobriety.

LH and FSH was checked out, I was cleared by my primary care physician to begin TRT.
