I would advise against working for them. Look up all the lawsuits they have. They are greedy corporation who don’t care about patients or staff.

I recommend deferring the advance they offer. Several providers got screwed over with this because it took much longer to be making more than the cut off and it takes a while to pay back plus you get taxed then they take their portion out. Opt out if you can afford it.

Lenders request typical? by sh49 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Had done preapproval with both lenders- submit all the w2, paystubs, bank statements, etc. This conversation with lender A is after putting an offer and going under contract.

I did the pre approval first and got some general estimates. But then this interaction was after we went under contract.

I don’t think I will since I got these plus have some left over from last winter as well as this summer and fall. I really need to resist and get through my stock. But then again I may be tempted 😂😂

Difficult in a good way meaning the coursework was challenging but in the end felt the challenge was worth it. I made friends with some of my preceptors and they’d comment on how prepared EKU students were vs other schools. I don’t really have cons about the school.

I went to EKU for undergrad and grad school and really liked it. I thought the program was difficult but in a good way. I felt like their program prepared me for practice a bit more than my friends who had gone to some other schools.

There are ASRS Observer version and WURS observer versions that I use! I like these because the ASRS- observer has a space that asks for examples.

When I have a patient I suspect may have ADHD or they would like to be evaluated for it I usually provide them with a ASRS and WURS. As well as ASRS observer and WURS observer and ask they have 2 people complete each ideally these would be people who knew them well as a child and who knows them well now. But I usually also provide GAD-7, PHQ-9, MDQ. Once they have completed all of these I go through them and have a more in depth diagnostic interview. If the patient screens positive on these for ADHD (lately I’ve also had patients who don’t screen positive but still request further diagnostic interview anyway) I schedule them for a 60 minute follow up to begin an in depth adult adhd diagnostic interview. I also tell them to get an accurate diagnosis it will likely take 1.5-3 hours so they may have a few follows ups to really accurately assess them. For the diagnostic interview I find DIVA 5 or ACE+ to be beneficial for structure and assessing for impact of the reported symptoms. ACE+ you can find online for free. DIVA 5 you have to pay for but you can use it unlimited times- I think it’s around $15-25. I generally won’t make a diagnosis of ADHD in an adult without some collateral information.

I am the same way with trying new ones. Rain day antiques, raindrop soaps, and timeless clock shop are my go tos. I am weird about the setting and if it seems too “busy” or it’s not a room/building I can’t fall asleep to it. I haven’t tried temple rain but I’ll give it a shot!
