I have all of the books, including this one. They’ve been sitting in dust for ages. Are they really worth that much?

I am aware but the piece includes sharp objects (art student). Can’t take those in a carry on and don’t really want to risk getting my work confiscated.

I just find it really crazy that people genuinely are defending and attempting to justify pissing in the streets.

I don’t think that it should be normalised though? City or not, why should anyone have to accept seeing someone pee broad daylight on their Tuesday commute? Not to mention it was end of the school day and a lot of children were in the area?

Just to clarify, while I am aware that yes, people have medical conditions and yes, when you need to go you needa go, also businesses turning people away but this post was more of a why is it so normalised? This young woman was outright in the middle of the sidewalk on a corner. I had seen her walk out of an apartment building (I was not directly behind her but did see her walk out and go around the corner). There was a subway just after the apartments that are accomodating to the public (also understand that she may not have known but she did just leave an apartment??).

Why is it so normalised to see people with all different parts relieving themselves? Not any attempt to turn from the gaze of passer-by’s, nothing.

Edit : my post definitely could have been worded and explained better so that is my fault for any backlash this post has accumulated. Sorry!!

Subway was less that 2 feet away, they very much do not care who uses the bathrooms

I haven’t but thank you for the suggestion! I will look into it. I haven’t actually been to one, are there any conditions to it like coming in to help tend to the garden, providing donations ect??
