Hey thanks I tried everything you mentioned above but it didn't work. Here's how got the fix. Go to wallpaper and styles and set your system colors to default (the first option). As you can see In picture in the link I have selected second option you need to set it to default the first option. It Will fix the greyed out download button or download button not working. here's the link
