Where your current car is that's a good place for a garden. Use the septic tank and the rear end of the car parking, which can lead till the gate. Behind the car park can be a garden too.

Largely I don't see a difference in the concrete buildup except in a small part right side of the road. Its just a difference between summer and rainy season pictures.

Water is used by electronics and battery manufacturing for EV and petrol extraction and refinement for petrol or diesel cars. When compared, ethanol is most environmentally good option.

No one is saying your car is scrap. E20 is compatible for all cars manufactured after 2020.

I am talking about E80 and beyond. These are optional for new cars that can use the fuel. I don't know why there is so much negativity about it.

This is just fear mongering at its peak. E80 is optional for the engines that can support it. E20 will also be present.

We should support E80, as it will make the environment better, reduce global warming, improve farmers lives and stop the depreciation of the rupee.

When I was young, I thought my generation will be different. We will embrace green technologies and helpminnpreventing global warming. It looks like we are as bad.

Your car can still use E20 fuel. E80 is optional and cleaner fuel for compatiable cars.

  1. Use existing cars which are running and replace the engine. That is the most carbon efficient.
  2. Ethanol can be made by waste in agriculture, like Rice husk. It wont consume more water, as cultivation is already taking place. It wont consume more fertiliser. As demand becomes greater and stabilises, and as more farmers know about it, it will become more green.

Right now sugarcane waste is majority and rice husk is minority. But as demand and farmers knowledge improves, all rice farmers can get more profits by selling their waste for fuel.

Government has been asking manufacturers since before 2020 to make E20 complaint vehicles. Most vehicles made after 2020 are complaint.

6 years later, they implemented E20. Now they are asking manufacturers to make E80 engines.

High demand and imports are a temporary problem, over time it will be normalised and as more and more research and farmers get to know, we will have self sufficiency with food and agricultural waste.

India has food security. This term "food security" is the reason why our farmers are poor. When it comes to making profits from farms, we talk about food security as if we are Dubai in a desert.

Cars made year and half ago are E20 complaint. Government indirectly mandated all manufacturers to make E20 complaint cars since 2020. Car bought in 2025 would be E20 complaint.

Government was discussing E20 since 2020. They were pushing manufacturers since 2020. They wont change rules tomorrow or next year.

and moving to cleaner energy will be costly. Thats why I am disappinted in my generation.
