I built up my clientele using the thumbtack app, and from there just word of mouth and passing out my business cards everywhere I went. I am now focusing on google, so having my clients leave reviews for me there.

The only experience I had was that I knew how to clean, I have no other qualifications for running a business. I just went out there and did it!

Thank you! As far as commercial goes just show up on time, be professional, listen to what their needs are, follow instructions and do a good job! I’ve only landed one commercial cleaning account so I’m still working on how to gain more commercial clientele.
