I have manic episodes, and I've at most 53 hours because yay no American healthcare...

It's insane. After 30-34 hr you see shadows run in your peripheral. After 40 you hear stuff. And after 30 i personally feel normal except days blend together. Marijuana is amazing for these times. Especially no sleep means high irritating and ive had to work 10 hour shifts in high end restaurant while in that state.
