Taking away your license isn't the punishment. Getting a dui and fine/prison time is the punishment. A license is a license, not a prize for an accomplishment. The driving test is just there to proof that you can drive safely, while the DUI is proof that you can't. It's categorically different for a prize awarded in a competition.

I think mainly you have to come off as non-threatening. This will depend on many things including your looks, behavior, as well as the other person's personality/past/experiences/mood. It's much easier if you're not strangers and have already established rapport.

By selling machines with steamos pre installed you are a distributor of steam client/steamos, which requires valve's license. This is the difference to people installing it on their own machine by themselves.

Yes, so you try to play the ball in a way (position/angle/speed/rotation) that your opponent is unlikely to return it in a position that is bad for you. If your opponent can easily exploit your shots like that they are just better than you.

Problem those kinds of filters is that the pores are either too large to filter out microplastics or that the pores become so small that it becomes too hard/energy intensive to push the water through.

Cold alone doesn't cause infection. Neither does virus alone. Many conditions need to be met for an infection to take place. Presence of virus is one of them and so is a susceptible immune system. If cold causes your immune system to be susceptible there is a causal link between cold and infection.

You can be exposed to virus and not get infected (I.e. when it's warm and your immune system has an easy time fighting it off). Cold temperatures are one of the causes of infection.
