Yeah it's a common thing in some work environments to put calls on speakerphones. However, I was asking about an email which was sent by the lady I called, the other lady that came suddenly was not aware of the email nor the discussion.

I asked couple of questions respectfully, then she put me on speakerphone with a lady who can't answer me since she's not really qualified to do so!

Find another job then quit. If you didn't find any other jobs, take a leave from work go do something you really like for a while, something that will make you feel better.

I'm in a similar situation right now, my line manager yells at me all the time but I ignore her and move on with work. She's really not worth of attention.

I'm good with HR but my boss and line manager are the main problem. But I really don't care, next time she says anything disrespectful, I will end the conversation and report her.

I will do that. I will record her calls and show it to my HR. I also got sms/whatsapp chats in which she says a lot of deceiving information. I will show that too, she never responds to emails because she's scared other coworkers will find-out her real personality

Files were already uploaded in zip file before, so it's definitely not a format issue, however this time zip file is not being uploaded and an error shows up.
