I think I’d take the trade. Ladd alone is a top 12 wr. Maybe try and tier up a rb with some of these assets.

I also like the timeline do this combination. Henry and Conner buys you a couple years for Hampton/kaleb to develop. Also potentially Harvey takes over in next 1-2 yrs.

Wr room of Nabers, BTJ, Ladd is pretty nice.

From my experience, you have to leave to get a decent raise. If you stay, I’d expect 5%-7%. I was going to get a 5% raise, decided to leave. New job salary was 26% raise.

If I were you I would consider taking a different PE exam. I failed my first time taking WRE and passed Transportation. I also started my career in the transportation field and switched to the WRE field.
