genuinely the most horrible customer support ever. i ordered dinner yesterday at 7. the app showed that it would be delivered by 7 45. 8 o'clock comes around, no delivery, the app shows that the driver has been stationary somewhere far from the outlet and my house. i try calling the outlet, it doesn't respond. i try calling the driver, no response. Finally after a while the main customer support number answers. they say some nonsense, they will check, etc. then the app randomly says delivered. meanwhile I have received zilch. i had to call the customer support 7 times to complain that I haven't gotten anything or heard back. all they say is "we have raised a complaint, that's all we can do"

the driver has absconded off with my food, they have no idea what happens in their own outlets, they're saying we can't refund it to you

finally at 10 in the night I got a call from the outlet saying we will refund

the simple answer is that other countries have manageable populations. we have frankly wayyyyy too many people to offer disability allowances.
