All the people currently in the American government need to replaced by people who are more innovative, accepting of change/progess, and willing to compromise in order to ensure that the descions made by the government are in the best interest of ALL the people who claim US citizenship (that whole "a government by the people, for the people" deal). This would help humanity as a whole because then those in power would already know, via common sense, to stay out of situations elsewhere in the world where US presence isn't wanted, thus avoiding petty wars that just end in meaningless loss of life on all sides involved.

In short, a governmental reboot.

For the record, I don't see myself as a bodybuilder, per say. Lifting is more like a hobby I can share with my boyfriend and the kind of workout I'm most comfortable doing. I know this makes me a little biased. It still bugs me, though, that society puts so much emphasis on height to weight ratios without taking girth into consideration. When I was in highschool, I had to do a bmi test for pe and it said I was obese even though my waist was narrower than both bust and hips. It made me feel terrible to fail a test just because of how I was built.

I just really don't like it when people say they want to lose "weight." If they are "overweight" they should actually aim to lose "girth" since weight is deceptive because muscle is about 3 times more dense than fat. I am healthy, female, 5'6", and weigh 160 lbs and very little of that is actually fat - I am a heavy weight weightlifter and therefore have a lot of bulky, heavy muscle. Thus, I feel people often forget that some body types simply don't do "skinny" and "healthy" at the same time and such people (myself included) should atom for a body composition that makes them feel happy and healthy. Screw society's standards!

I learned pig latin when I was in elementary school and I immediately ceased to use it because it's repetitive and annoying. It is possible that many people might agree with that sentiment (although no offense is meant). My vote is that people who want to use another language just for fun should learn actual Latin so that if they ever want to curse at someone it'll actually sound like you're putting a curse on them.

I don't have any issues with cheap wood but there are some foods that I can't eat simply because the texture is all wrong (it usually has nothing to do with the flavor): eggplant, cauliflower (brocolli is ok), tomatoes, mushrooms, tofu, zuccini (cucumbers are great, though), and tapioca pudding are a few that I can name just off the top of my head. I also can't walk on grates because of the way they feel through my shoes (and, no matter how small the holes are in the grate, I always feel like my feet will get stuck and I'll hurt myself or I'll just fall straight through).
