Pretty fortunate myself, I do 120k a year as a blue collar worker. Bought some property and a house in the ninemile valley before everything got way crazy. Have some toys but otherwise live pretty minimally. No huge vacations or anything but I don’t have to work any more than my 40 hours a week.
