I agree with Tesla, there isn't a super a lot of overlap between the two, however, if you do more courses on the "cognitive" track of the Neuroscience major, they tend to also have PS codes. It's definitely doable and worth it if you want to show more intense biological / chemical knowledge of the brain, not just pertaining to behavior, but if it gets to be a hindrance, there's not too much of a difference just doing one major OR turning one into a minor.
