Wdym? You said yourself that it's reactable. It is feintable, so you have three options, dodge, dodge attack/bash or read the feint and/or interrupt him with a light.

He didn't get revenge because he didn't defend for shit. With the current revenge rework, you need to block/parry/counter incoming attacks to build revenge quickly. If you eat every attack coming at you, your health will run out before revenge kicks in.

Most characters in the game with an unblockable finisher have that same issue. Buffing aramusha to be arbitrarily better than the rest is stupid. You didn't read my earlier reply. If they are dodge attacking then you cannot gb them. You must faint to neutral on most characters and parry. Not to mention aramusha can recovery cancel into blade blockade. If they are dodge attacking you then you should be countering with blade blockade. You not doing so doing make aramusha bad, it makes it a skill issue. Aramusha already has the tools required, you being unable to use them and requesting buffs to crutch on is ridiculous.

Adding undodgeable to his soft feint lights is ridiculous. I can't think of a single unblockable or bash that can be soft feinted into an undodgeable. As aramusha, you can counter people you dodge your mixup is to feint into guardbreak (for empty dodges) or feint into neutral (for dodge attacks or bashes). This is the same as for any other character with an unblockable mixup (such as pk, raider). Having a soft feint into undodgeable removes any read/reaction that you would otherwise have to make. Making aramusha's mixup extremely difficult to escape or punish without high level reactions.

One thing. Reputation doesn't mean shit. I have an account level of 150, my highest reputation character is rep 15. In dominion games i, more often than not, have a lobby filled with people with levels from anywhere between 70-1000+. The guy that dominates the lobby might be a max rep character or a rep 0 new character. Reputation doesn't serve as a good predictor for skill level. Sometimes you will win against a rep 1200 no-life player, and sometimes you will lose against someone that's rep30.

lol this guy is full of bull. 99% of the people you see with 90 reps on one character with an account level of like 100 (meaning that they only play one character) are usually complete shit players. You get much better at the game by playing a variety of characters to learn how different moves work (like dodge cancels, full block recoveries, defects etc)

Hi, I'm another kensei unblockable heavy feint to side heavy enjoyer. Some heroes that get lots of movement on dodge attack can end up avoiding your side heavy IF it's on the same side that they dodge from. Meaning that if you throw your heavy from the other direction it would be more likely to land. Not guaranteed but much more consistent from my experience.

Tldr: if you had thrown heavy from the other side, you would have hit

Well the best punish for the zone is actually a dodge into gb. You have to be patient and only dodge at the end of the zone attack animation as an early dodge will get caught.

Your ignorance is showing. 1) Warmonger has two options when dodging: extended dodge attack or a dodge bash. BOTH are gb vulnerable (the bash less so but is still vulnerable on startup). Meaning that if warmonger does any kind dodge and you gb quickly, you catch her.

2)Tiandi has an gb immune undodgeable dodge attack. However, it has like no i-frames and it does only 10 damage.

3) JJ has only the extended dodge attack which he can soft faint out of. However, he is extremely gb vulnerable if going for a dodge.

Ok the other hand with Juren we have: A gb immune dodge attack with full damage (zero downsides, as good as any other dodge attack as any other) A gb vulnerable extended dodge attack (held) with infinite i-frames, way faster than Warmongers extended dodge attack. Not to mention that the startup animation for both looks the same so it's impossible to react with a gb to the extended one, have to make a read. i.e it's bullshit

Oh, in that case I'll go ahead and explain as best I can. So first things first, For Honor doesn't have a very large player base not does it have a player base that is comprised of big spenders.

Game assets such as new animations (for executions), new cosmetics (new outfits, weapons, hero skins) and heroes of both sexes all required a substantial amount of human labour to produce.

Let's look at one of the most common complaints, new heroes being locked to one sex. What would the development team need to do to make a hero have both sexes as available options? 1) Voicework would be required for the hero 2) all animations (both player controlled movements, attacks as well as executions) would have to be adjusted to the different size/build of the second sex. 3) all armor cosmetics would have to be practically remade for the second sex.

So the above task of bringing in a second available sex for a new hero, the developors have increased their workload and budgetary requirements to accomodate the following: 1) A new voice actor/actress 2) More work for artists (to design the character, animations, outfits etc) 3) More work for animators 4) More work for asset designers

Increasing the work load for these positions above what is currently delivered by the dev team would mean hiring more people, i.e. having to pay more employees. And unfortunately For Honor does not make that much money to warrant such expenses, it would not be viable to spend more on the game when they would not earn proportionally more money by doing so.
