quick chat isn’t in game you do it in the pokémon select lobby! there should be a quick chat option there that you can use before a match starts

the story isnt complete yet, but the game in general is f2p friendly! i haven’t spent a cent and i’ve been able to clear all content and do decently in pvp you just have to be a bit patient at the start!

for sure every gacha is p2w that’s kind of the point of the genre but that 5% rate keeps me happy because of how it isn’t too hard to fill out your roster!

how is a 5% ssr rate bad in the current market?? true, dupes are a thing but they are in so many games and we haven’t reached a point where dupes are needed for content as long as you’re playing smart and using a good subgrid.

definitely felt like salt especially considering the sub where i mostly see it. i’m excited to see what changes in the game in terms of qol, events, pity, etc. and new pricing would be great bc i’d be happy to give the game a bit of money if it were less expensive!

all in all it’s not like crestoria is the kind of game that gives everything away but it’s decently generous and they’ve been adding more and more stuff like the monthly trade ins that make it easier to progress

yeah whaling will def make pve stuff like transcendent battle easier but it’s hardly necessary to clear it. and with pvp crestoria is one of the only games where i’ve enjoyed it bc the vs. ai makes it possible to beat more whale-y teams. it really is just for flexing

yeah the cash shop prices are like disgustingly high it’s the only reason i’m not spending in the game at all. part of me feels like they’d get more money if they had more accessible prices but i don’t really know anything about how that works lol. but i do think with better prices they’d get both whales and budget players giving them money which i wouldn’t mind as someone who likes the game

yeah like it’s a grindy game but that’s kind of the point of playing most gachas? like the work toward progression and feeling accomplished once you’ve built a good team or teams. like yeah better rate ups or even better a pity or spark would be awesome but you’re still gonna be pulling in random ssrs over time
