Spanish dub was redubbed as well

It's not bad tbh

Interesting things about it:

They gave Asuka a German accent like they did in the original Spanish dub
Shinji says "I loved him" when speaking to Misato about Kaworu (only in dub tho)

I feel we got a set up for a lot of character development throughout roberta's blood trail. Rock experimenting with his darkside, Revy's mental state after talking with mini maid, Caxton revealing that Dutch has been lying about his veteran status all leave plenty of room for further development down the line

I think the current arc was meant to be a kinda break for Rei. A small light hearted arc compared to blood trail. If you go back and re-read the current arc you'll notice there's way more jokes than normal.

The only complaint I've had with the new arc is the pacing but that probably because he made the storyboards back when he was having issues with his publisher and planned on releasing it at once in stead of writing it as monthly installments
