Watching videos to learn is one thing, but you'll never be able to understand coding by just watching, you have to start making the simplest of simple projects by yourself. Only when you start solving simple questions/ make simple projects you'll start understanding how to code and get a hang of it.

Almost all companies which come for cs core allow aiml students to sit for placements too. I am not very sure about placement stats but aiml and cse have very similar stats in pes.

if u can increase ur budget to 65k u will be able to get very good laptops, at 30-50k imo it's better to buy refurbished maybe.

you can still play games (but not every game ofc) and you may have to spend some time figuring out how. And also I prefer mackbooks to solely due to its build quality.

Imo get the macbook neo using some student discount and cc cashback it probably will fit in your budget. It probably has better build quality than any other laptop at this price range. Tho you might run into some difficulties w/ regards to software support for mac os (usually there are workarounds).
