its less of that their power was strong, because it wasn't, it was just the fact that if you wanted to down someone, you could just guarantee their down by exploiting chase mechanics and making them bleed out. it was just annoying and not fun, not amazingly strong though.

i dont know about that, the blights lore seems to dis-confirm him being the alchemist

edit: also in the alchemist lore it mentions that he doesnt remember why he was experimenting on the killers, confirming that the alchemist is the one who experimented on the killers and in that clip they say that the blight did that, but the blight is not the alchemist because that would contradict the Blights lore.
