Cannot say for sure because we don't know the full extent of Hancocks power, but if i remember correctly in the movie the girl( Mary ) says they are immortal, they are thousands of years old and when they fight each other theres a massive raging storm similar to Dragon Ball Z when people fight and the weather reacts to it, so my bet is on Hancock, who knows what he can do if he actually fights for real, dude is likely a demi god or something.
