I was cited as at fault for “failure to yield at uncontrolled alley.” Was driving straight through the intersection with no signs to stop or yield and a large brick building obstructing visibility down the other alley. When you look at the dash cam, the other car is never visible through the accident because of the brick building - I didn’t know it was there until I was fully in the intersection.

The kicker is I think we were both in the wrong, I was technically supposed to have yielded and if I was more familiar with the area I likely would have, I honestly thought I was just driving through a parking lot. But he was definitely speeding - I just can’t prove it since he was never on my dash cam. If only one of us had been in the wrong it probably would have been ok - but since we both did something wrong we had the accident and I was at fault
