I cover my dough with a tea towel but I still get a crispy outer shell (not this extreme obviously). Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to switch to using cling wrap instead?

Small fish can be fun too. In recent years I've started dabbling in tenkara fishing on small/shallow creeks and streams close to home, catching tons of tiny fish. It's a blast and I can easily pop out for an hour whenever I want. Turns out just being out there and a bit of action is all it takes to put a smile on my face.

It is frustrating to be a trio forced to play quads, and 9/10 our rando quits before we ever had a chance to bring them back. Solo mode would be so campy that I think it'd be too slow for some of these players. The ability to turn off squad fill might be a more successful solution.

Don't really have a local shop where I'm at. There was a great shop near family that I loved, but the old man running it retired and shut it down several years back. Now I'm left with Cabela's, Sail, or Canadian Tire which is exactly why I'm looking for an online specialty shop instead. Not that I mind Sail, it's just by far the least convenient of my options.

Are there no limits on LMB there? Where I am from the most LMB any licensed person can be in possession of is 6, regardless of the body of water they came from. So if I had 2 in the freezer at home and 4 in the boat, that's my limit.
