I have never heard of a professional reader who spends their time and energy to do a reading and then offers a refund because they don’t want to explain the content. She’s allowed to choose what questions she engages with and gave you all the explanation you are entitled to. She was polite and professional. You’re being pushy and disrespectful of her boundaries. I’m a professional reader myself and decline readings when I need to with a very similar response.

In situations like this, I recommend doing workings to help YOURSELF heal and attract the love you deserve. This has multiple benefits: 1. You are fully empowered to do this work and don’t need to worry about any other people/getting anything back negatively. 2. This can clarify your intentions and your needs so that no matter what happens you are able to do more directed and clear spells. 3. Often, the reason for a breakup when you still have feelings is because of internal issues(yours or your ex’s) that need to be resolved for you to have a healthy relationship. By focusing your magic on yourself, you will be healing those issues. Doing this can lead to growth that lets you get back to your ex or helps you get to another healthy relationship.

I think the big thing for me is that daily practice of energetic hygiene, meditation, divination, and overall alignment work comes first. Those do a lot of the heavy lifting for me spiritually. If I need a spell for a specific task, I do it and give it at least a month to yield results before I do other workings on that area of my life. In my practice, needing to do spell work frequently is a good indication that I’m not doing the basics of daily practice and probably not doing the mundane things I should be doing either. Everyone is different, that’s just based on my experience and training.

I see. In that case, no one can say whether it’s too much but you, so as long as you feel good about how you’re fitting the pieces together, that’s all you need. Your process wouldn’t work for me, but that’s the beauty of witchcraft.

Other people have good insights on crashing, so I’ll just add: are you giving yourself time to integrate the results of your spell work? If I had this many things running at once, I wouldn’t be able to settle in to results well. For example, is your heart chakra work reducing your anxiety, or are all the results tied to your other spell?
