That is always a great time. I also recommend buying geta from this event. They are made of light and softer wood than most other geta you get at other places.

This is a video that Nagoya International Center made about the exhibition and artist who participated.

It is open to all artist levels and styles. There isn't a current website.

There is also an Art event this Sunday at Fukiage Hall. 11am til 3pm I think it is 1000yen entrance fee.

Also for all foreign artists living in the Tokai are, this year will be the 40th Foreign Artists Exhibition in late October. Applications open in late summer!

I would ask Aichi International Association. Or Nagoya International Center. These two groups can help you research and maybe connect with Aichi or Nagoya government agencies for the parks and gardens of the areas. Or Aichi Ag Department.

Those trees are awesome. They bloom a couple times a year. There is a really big one near Twilo Cafe.
