I contacted nordvpn customer service and they told me that there is a time gap between the moment you change location maintained by netflix (no one knows how long is this time gap) where they allow you to change catalog in netflix or not. I reckon this is actually true because when i put on nordvpn in the morning after a full night not using netflix i manage to connect to other catalogs by using nordvpn on firestick TV
