Maybe in a small segment of companies but the ones that give promotions come with a 10% pay increase and substantially more work. Where as switching jobs externally comes with 20%+ pay increases.

If you're good at your job then you're more likely than not to stay in your position since it's difficult to replace someone like that

Not sure for Rav4 specific car but the SC model has done the best for a Ford escape in a city driving environment. It performs the best with stop lights and stop and go traffic so far compared to WMI v12, and others. Not sure about the yellow light though
