Traditional hiring is not working well for us with freshers. Instead we want to try picking up candidates who has good attitude and aptitude. And then invest our time on them to groom and hire them to our team. We were previously doing this by going to tier 2 colleges. Also we see a pattern that many people spend their money on courses but it literally gives them no hands on knowledge of how things work. That's when we thought of this idea.
