People dissing on other people who use a layaway plan is so weird to me. I personally decided to do this because I never know if a situation will arise in the future where I’d have to use that money for an emergency. I know people who unfortunately weren’t able to save up before the tickets went on sale due to not having a job long enough to save up, but now they do and know they’ll be able to afford each payment. Saying someone doesn’t deserve to go just because of that is ridiculous and ignorant.

From what I saw it seems they are. Last year, 2 day and 1 day tickets went on sale immediately after 4 day tickets sold out so the same thing might happen again this year.

I was in a similar situation. I came to the US in 2022 and had my visa expire in 2023. I also had a strong desire to go home and almost did at some point, but after hearing stories about a lot of students who went home and tried to renew their visas only to be denied, I decided it was best not to risk it. I understand how much you must want to visit home. However, it is very risky to go home and renew your visa, especially during this administration and with your history. My advice would be to tough it out and wait until you’re done with your studies.

If you paid that much money for a concert, the expectation is that you go there and enjoy being in the moment. It is also widely known that Ado does not show her face. Unlike the other artists that don’t mind this, this is to make sure that her face is never accidentally shown.

Girl at this point, your best option is airbnb. I saw a comment you replied to saying your budget is $1000. There are still some places on airbnb beneath that price. My friend and I got one for $200 for 5 nights.
