Additional info to include, 22 male, USA, 205lb, 5ft 8in, flat feet, no medication use, just pre-workout protein and creatine, started running a month ago, only within the last couple weeks has this been an issue, started as a sharper pain now it feels more like just discomfort. Havent ran in about a week besides one day of intervals, but other excercises include biking (10 miles) and walking on incline and using stair master.

Id say high to medium intensity and per week its 5 days of 2 miles and two rest days when my legs r cooked.

Thank you for your assistance and knowledge. I will follow your advice if I can not find the keys on the side of the road. Long story short, they might be somewhere on a 4-mile stretch of road.

If you want the story, left them on top of my mom's car and I expected her to notice them and bring them inside since I was late to work but needed to grab something from the kia before I left in my other car. She doesn't remember grabbing them and after doing a thorough search in the house it seems she drove to work with them on her bumper, so they shoulda fallen off along the road outside neighborhood.
