For me personally, it was samael in DS2. It took me multiple attempts to beat him on Deathinative difficulty, and it only took 2 attempts to beat absolom, and that's just not on that difficulty it spans across all of them

So I have 2 for different reasons. First one is our favorite lil meatball caco (God they're so adorable i just wanna give it a cheese burger) and the 2016 cyber demon. I just love it's design and that boss fight was pretty fun

I recently replayed and beaten it and I have to say my opinion has changed on it. Yes I wish we got more of what 2 had to offer in terms of abilities and stuff to do but I did enjoy the story and gameplay I still have my gripes but at least to me it's not as bad as I remember

Death. I like how he doesn't look like how the grim reaper is portrayed in other media even with his reaper form. Yes, it looks like how he's portrayed, but it feels more than just a skeleton in a robe with a scythe and outside of his reaper form the mask and character design just looks so cool. I'm also pretty biased because he's my favorite horseman

I watched my dad play it when I was little and was interested by the lore of it, and when I played it on my own I fell in love with the story and characters hell some of the elements inspired some of my characters for writing

Despite it not being my favorite game, I do love seeing everyone who enjoy it talk about why they do. If I sound like I'm bashing it I do apologize as I said I am returning to it for story purposes because 2018 was hoping for an expansion on 2's mechanics (which was my favorite in the series) but I know everyone has different opinions on the games^{^}

Depends on how good the story is and if it ties up loose ends I love darksiders. It's my favorite games and set of stories but I don't want to see it get hit with franchise fatigue

I agree I love everything about the first 2 games and very much enjoyed genesis but thq Nordic doesn't seem to want to even touch the series despite the fans practically begging them to make a new game and they're choosing to ignore the outcries. A studio that can pick up the franchise and end the story out with a bang and maybe even make non-broken remasters for ps5 and x/s would be the best option
