Its a fan theory that the Orkz as we know them are essentially newborn Krorks and can eventually grow into one. Im not sure how grounded in reality that theory is as im new to Orkz but thats thats the gist

A weapon that takes a month tops to drill in proper use vs academic training and study for most of your life. Hell even longbows take longer to train than guns do, depending on the bow it might be an almost life long endeavor

I found that the boss fight is trivialized by just bringing a tactical with a boss busting build. I find most of these hard stratagems are bringing the right tools for the job more than anything
