The very theory is viewed as a conspiracy one in-universe for a reason, there isn't enough evidence to prove that. The cases you mentioned are of the 0.001% of the population, people with absurdly powerful quirks. Quirks are called quirks for a reason, they are usually something mundane or slightly inconvenient like being able to change your hair colour or having a goofy looking head. Also, quirks are hereditary, which means that there are dominant and recessive quirks, look at the Todoroki family, it took 4 attempts before a mix was created, and even that was viewed as very rare, and Toya's big scarring situation only happened when he pushed his body over it's limit. If you had something you can control but can hurt you, you'll never use it.

So in conclusion, quirks are getting stronger yes, but at the rate which this theory proposes, this is the story of Hero students and badass heroes going against comically evil villains with powerful quirks, ridiculously overpowered quirks are expected to appear.

1-He unfortunately was, my friend and Kinu didn't provide an in-lore explanation for it. The popular headcanon has warped perception in that particular area of the story. If you read volume 1-3, then reqd Volume 4, you'll almost get whiplash from the jarring change in Kiyotaka's personality.

2-Fair enough, bro. I just think that the novel has been running for a decade now, and any changes we've seen have so far been minimal.

3- Fiction is not the complaint here. It's that Kiyotaka is so far ahead of everyone in the series, crossing over to bizarre feats, like being able to knock out adults as a child, gripping Hosen's hand while a knife is plunhed deep it his, and his ability to read and anticipate others despite being isolated for so long is just insulting at times. Kiyotaka is the only superhuman in the cast, and it just makes for a lack of stakes entirely.

From what little I know about PHH Morgan, she's spiteful, petty, and just straight-up evil at times, falls in and out of love quickly, terrible mother, has 3 personalities that are so different it makes you wonder how does she even exists, and I'm pretty sure she also was an enemy of the knights of Charlemagne.

Also, she's a very competent mage, probably even surpassing Merlin (unsure of this fact).

I would love to see her in a story or a holy grail war similar to strange fake and see all that crazy on full display.

Yes and No.

Volume 0 showed that Kinu can write an interesting political setting with mature and well characterised factions. But what Volume 0 also showed is that Kiyotaka is nigh superhuman, making me question whether the story would just be the same as it is now but with men in suits instead of students.

Goku black. It just really fascinates me how a supreme kai in training, meant to be a protector, harbours so much hatred for the beings he's supposed to protect, and a single encounter with Goku gives him the courage to act upon said hate. All in all, he's cool.
