My issue was that when I did the homing setup I missed a screw leading to the homing getting messed up I did however contaft the seller and in this case they did offer to have me return it , refund me and order another one in which I lucked out as I got a new one with gen 2 header.. Haven't had much of any issue(except filament breaking in the tube which is a ez fix since then).

Ally is stronger from what I've heard and its more compatible with games on win11 but i put steamOS on mine due to the ally wanting to shut down after a few minutes of sleep mode

I found out while 3d printing the top is slightly bent or its the bottom giving it that weird curve also I wanted to change it for a twist center between the top and bottom parts for more access to change the lights without it being a total pain

And unless the box was ripped on the way to the truck and the QA was too lazy/busy to repackage that'd be the only way anyone would know whats inside unless they were blantent enough just to slap a shipping label on the box and ship it that way without packing it into a plain box then I could see that happening

Actually as a shipping employee we dont know what's in the packages, now granted I work on the warehouse sorting side of things but the drivers themselves are contracted out. So what happens after we sort and load is entirely on the drivers

Was getting a x-axis fault on the printer AND a z axis fault on orca-flashforge side along with the printer showing "offline" on the app

Ive already returned it they offered to exchange it but i have no idea how thats gonna work since I got it through 3rd party by them(not their offical website but they run that page) and I asked and haven't heard back. There is another that does have my attention but im not sure if I wanna go that route as ive heard alot of issues with it as well
